1. The filter key in ease keyboard setting must off.
2. Uninstall all HID keyboard, touchpad and mouse drivers from your laptop and install again with the default driver.
3. Press the windows key + Space bar to choose the write keyboard for you.
If the 3 option don't work you need now to clean your keyboard
else change your keyboard or try to search in the internet for another solution.
