Dota hotkey on Windows 7, 8 dont work?

Sometimes hotkeys not working in windows 7 or 8 your Operating System is running in 64 bit, 

you must run the dota hotkey , mineskeys and other dota hot keys in compability

 mode choose windows xp SP2 then ok.

After you change the dota hotkey compability mode, computer will ask like this, then click yes

You must Consider that sometimes hotkey functions is none,

 manual input your selected shortcut keys you like.
